Money in and money out
Deposits are free on every method and instant on most. Withdrawals are approved within two business days and then take however long the method itself takes. Both sides are set out below with the figures that actually apply.
Deposit methods and minimums
| Method | Minimum | Arrives |
|---|---|---|
| Lightning Bitcoin | AU$5 | Minutes |
| Neosurf voucher | AU$10 | Instant |
| eZeeWallet | AU$10 | Instant |
| Visa and Mastercard | AU$20 | Instant |
| Apple Pay and Google Pay | AU$20 | Instant |
| JET bank transfer | AU$20 | Same day to one day |
| CashtoCode | AU$25 | Instant |
| Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin | AU$25 | Minutes |
The welcome match needs AU$20 regardless of method, so a AU$5 Lightning Bitcoin deposit funds an account but does not trigger a bonus.
Paying with cash
Neosurf is a voucher bought for cash at a newsagent, a service station or a convenience store. It carries a code, the code funds the account, and no bank sees the transaction. That has two consequences worth stating plainly: nothing appears on a statement, and the amount on the voucher is a hard ceiling on the session until somebody walks to a shop again.
CashtoCode works on the same principle with a different network of outlets and a AU$25 floor.
When a card is refused
A declined card is usually the bank’s decision rather than ours. Most Australian banks now ship with a gambling block enabled by default; it sits in the banking app under card controls, and turning it off often carries a waiting period of its own. That delay is a feature, and it is worth leaving in place if the alternative is a deposit made at two in the morning.
Withdrawal limits and fees
| Method | Fee | Per transfer | Per week | Per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Cryptocurrency | Free | AU$100 - AU$2,500 | AU$5,000 | AU$10,000 |
| E-wallet | Free | AU$100 - AU$2,500 | AU$5,000 | AU$10,000 |
| JET bank transfer | AU$50 | AU$100 - AU$2,500 | AU$2,500 | AU$10,000 |
Above the per-method ceilings sits an overall limit of AU$30,000 a month across everything combined. A five-figure win therefore leaves in instalments across several weeks, which is worth knowing before it happens rather than after.
The AU$50 on a bank transfer is flat, not a percentage. At the AU$100 minimum it takes half the payout; at AU$2,500 it takes two per cent. If bank transfer is the only option available, batching withdrawals is the difference.
How long it takes
Two clocks run one after the other. The first is approval, up to two business days, during which the request sits in a queue and verification is checked. The second is the payment method: crypto usually the same day, e-wallets about a day, a bank transfer two to three working days. A request made on a Friday evening is looked at on Monday.
The single reliable way to make payouts fast is to verify the account on the day it is opened, so that nothing is waiting on documents when the first withdrawal is requested.
Matching the way out to the way in
A payout goes back to a payment method registered in the account holder’s own name, which makes the deposit method a decision about the withdrawal as much as about the deposit. Cryptocurrency and e-wallets are free in both directions and carry the higher weekly ceiling. A bank transfer is the only route with a fee on it and the lowest weekly ceiling, so funding an account that way commits it to the slowest and dearest way out.
Vouchers are the exception. Neosurf and CashtoCode are one-way instruments with no account behind them to pay into, so an account funded by voucher needs a second method registered before a first withdrawal, and it has to be one in the same name. Registering it on the day the account is opened, rather than on the day a payout is wanted, keeps that from turning into a delay.
When a deposit does not arrive
Instant means a minute or two rather than the same second. A card or wallet deposit that has not appeared after five minutes is worth raising on live chat with the time, the amount and the method, and it is usually one of three things: the bank declined it and the message has not reached you, a second attempt went through while the first is still pending, or a voucher code was mistyped.
What not to do is repeat a payment that may already be in flight. Two identical deposits are considerably harder to unpick than one missing deposit, and the second is what turns a five-minute conversation into a day of one.
Deposits from AU$5, and nothing charged to put money in.
