These terms govern the use of this site and any account opened through it. Using the site means accepting them.

Who may open an account

Accounts are open to individuals aged eighteen or over who are resident in Australia and for whom online gambling is lawful where they live. One account per person, per household and per IP address. Anyone found with more than one keeps a single account, at our discretion; the others are deactivated and winnings made on them are void. An account opened with details that do not match the identity documents later supplied loses its eligibility for winnings, and its withdrawals are cancelled.

Bonuses and wagering

Every offer carries its own terms, which prevail over anything summarised elsewhere on this site. A bonus code must be entered before the deposit is confirmed. While wagering is outstanding, the maximum bet is capped; exceeding it may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Game weighting varies, and games excluded from wagering do not contribute to it at all.

Bonus funds are used before cash funds. A withdrawal requested while wagering is incomplete forfeits the remaining bonus and anything won from it.

Payments

Deposits are credited on receipt. Withdrawals are approved within two business days and paid to a method registered in the account holder's own name; payment to a third party is never made. Limits are AU$100 to AU$2,500 per transfer and AU$30,000 a month across all methods. A bank transfer withdrawal carries a AU$50 fee.

Verification

Identity, address and payment method may be verified at any time and must be verified before a first withdrawal. Documents requested are a government photo identification and a proof of address dated within three months. Withdrawals remain pending until verification is complete.

Fair play

Outcomes are produced by a random number generator. Attempting to influence it, exploiting a fault, or acting in concert with other accounts to extract bonus value will result in closure and forfeiture. Where a fault credits an account in error, the credit is reversed.

Closing an account

An account may be closed on request, and any cash balance should be withdrawn first, subject to verification. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before its term ends. An account that stays inactive for twelve months is deemed inactive, and its balance is void.

Changes

These terms may be amended. The version published here is the one in force. Continuing to use an account after an amendment means accepting it.

Availability

The site and the games are provided as they stand. Maintenance, a supplier outage or a fault may make part or all of them unavailable without notice, and no compensation arises from an interruption. A round interrupted by a lost connection is settled under the rules of the game concerned; where a round cannot be completed, the stake is returned.

Communications

Notices about an account - verification, payments, and amendments to these terms - are sent to the email address registered on it and are treated as received when sent. Keeping that address current is the account holder’s responsibility, and an address that no longer works is not a reason a notice was not given.

Complaints

A complaint goes first to support. A dispute about the outcome of a game must be submitted to us in writing within fourteen days, and where the result shown in the game and the result recorded on our server differ, the server record governs. Put anything serious in writing from the start. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot be removed by agreement under the law applying where the account holder lives.
