Privacy policy
What we hold about you, why we hold it, and what you can ask of us.
What an account involves
Running an account means holding three kinds of information.
- Who you are. Your name, your address and your date of birth.
- How you pay. The payment details you use to deposit and to be paid.
- Proof of both. The identity documents you send at verification.
We hold them because we have to: to confirm you are over eighteen, to return money to the person who sent it, and to meet our anti-money-laundering obligations.
We do not sell any of it. We share it only where the law or a payment provider requires it, and only as far as that requirement reaches.
Keeping your details current
You can change the email address on an account by asking live chat. Two conditions apply: the account holds nothing withdrawable at that moment, and the new address is not one we already have on file. If your home address changes, expect to be asked for a new proof of it before the next payout.
When you are only browsing
Our server records the request that reached it, as every web server does: an address, a time, a page, a browser string. We keep those on a short cycle to keep the site standing up, and we do not build a picture of anybody out of them.
We set no cookies of our own, we run no analytics script, and we load nothing from anybody else that would do either.
Your rights under Australian law
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and complain if we have mishandled it. Live chat is the quickest place to start, and anything needing an attachment is better sent by email.
A privacy complaint that our answer does not settle goes to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which takes them directly once we have been asked.
Under eighteen
Accounts are for adults. We do not knowingly hold information about anyone under eighteen, and an account found to belong to a minor is closed without being paid out.
Links away from here
Links to support services, and to anything else outside our own pages, lead somewhere we do not control. Whoever runs it has their own policy, and it applies from the moment the link is followed.
How it is protected
Everything between your browser and us travels over an encrypted connection. Account information is protected from both ends: encryption and access control on ours, and on yours a password you use nowhere else.
Anything about your information starts on live chat, at any hour.
